: (1) As far as the means are available to manage the child welfare home, child correctional home, orphanage or mentally retarded center established by the Ministry according to the law, the members shall be from local social workers, women social workers, doctors, child psychologists and teachers. A management committee with seven members will be formed.
(2) The names of the chairman, members and secretary of the management committee and their term of office shall be as prescribed by the Ministry when the said committee was formed.
